Ter called for a meeting in the auditorium this morning. Could sense the solemnity of the entire proceedings even before it began. I myself am not sure if I'm supposed to be in the entire picture in the first place. I could sense that I've indirectly caused some hatred to brew in him towards me. For the benefit of doubt, I shall take it that nothing wrong is going on. It's just manpower issues. Apparently some people have been complaining to the bosses that the CAI programmers have not been doing their job... and it happens so that they're the ones who were called to mend the auditorium as well. As the Auditorium IC, I should be scheduling for them to come as when necessary but it seems that they've sort of neglected their responsibilities in CAI ever since the auditorium opened for business. So... Think I'm going to write up a standing orders regarding the responsibilites and duties for auditorium personnel.

Oh boy.
